Hi All,

I just activated my PB on active sync for a work account. Now I'm trying to activate it on BES10 for a separate work account on the same device.

Since the active sync account set-up enabled "Balance," when I try to add the BES10 account it wants to wipe the first work area before proceeding.

Is it not possible to have both accounts on the same device? Thanks!

does the playbook even lift ?...........errr umm I'm pretty certain pb doesn't support bes because there is no BIS, you could bridge your BB Phone and use BES services that way

Yes, correct. It's a new OS, BES 5 Doesn't know anything about QNX devices

I thought I'd post an update . I don't care about this issue any more, because I picked up my new Z10 today from Verizon and both accounts work great! must just be a current PB OS thing.

BES10 is based upon ActiveSync with additional management features. I think that newer mobile devices are supporting multiple AS accounts. For a long time, you could only have one on a non BlackBerry phone. A BlackBerry could only be active on one BES (still might be the case).
