    Hi there,
Does anyone know where I could find a step by step instruction for replacing a cracked screen on a Playbook LTE? I have the screen, the tools, but no idea of the best way of going about disassembly. All the youtube videos I have found to date are for the WiFi only model and there are significant differences. Any insight anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

So how do you there at "significant differences"?, as per your original post?

Because I opened the LTE up and the insides don't look the same as the WiFi one that the youtube videos I have been able to find show.

Don't know if these will help. There are no indications of what the parts are but looks like it gets down to the screen.

I realize I never did update the forum on my attempt to replace an LTE digitizer. For the two people on earth this might be relevant to, I was able to do it. The digitizer is indeed different, but not so much that it isn't easy enough to figure out. I wish I'd taken a video but a picture of the LTE disassembled will have to suffice:

I missed this reply when I finally got around to trying to fix it. It would indeed have been very helpful!
