    Sounds like there are multiple versions of Device Managers installed.

    Do you have multiple versions installed?

    I don't see how multiple versions could be installed...it happened after my 2.1 update. do you know how to search for/delete? spotlight (on mac) doesn't find anything named "blackberry device manager". THanks Rockbandman!
