I deleted the blackberry bridge icon on the playbook by mistake. How can I get it back. I feel very stupid.

you'll need to repair the devices.

delete your phone from the PlayBook under the Bluetooth and Bridge sections in settings.

then remove it from the phone in the Bridge app.

then pair the devices again as usual.

Just to clarify, after deleting the phone from the playbook and the playbook from the phone, when I select the playbook the Icon will reappear on the playbook?

There is no way to permanently delete a native icon. Do a hard re-set: hold down the top three buttons until the PB closes down then turn on.
