If you have not marked email read and delete it the PB leaves a notification envelope. Has anyone found a way to detete this??

1. wait for another email and mark it as read
2. disconnect bridge, reboot phone and playbook, reconnect bridge.

I figured that part out Captain. Don't think you have to disconnect bridge etc. There needs to vbe another way other than to wait for/send yourself an email..

just mark one of your already read emails as unread, then open it again.

it'll go away.

Don't know what to tell you on that one. I always have an email account on my blackberry that I do not delete email on.
