Yes it's fixable.
You could buy the digitizer and fix it yourself. I think Crackberry has a repair service also.
You could check cell phone repair shops in your area or even RIM.
A 64 at that! But not as bad as the guy whose young daughter dropped his on the walkway which cracked the screen, then she picked it up and dropped it into the pond before he could grab it.
