This morning when I tried to check for the update I got an error message saying: Couldn't resolve host name. My internet status says I'm fully connected. I tried to reset my Playbook this morning but continued to get the message no matter where I went if it involved accessing the internet.
When I got to school, my Playbook connected to the wireless network and the 2.0 update pushed through. I was able to update and then access any site that my school's firewall allowed.
Now I'm at home and the same thing is happening that happened this morning. I cannot access anything that requires an internet connection without getting the error message. Help! As of now I can't use my Playbook for even the basics. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
