Today I was sitting in starbucks with my PB propped up. I was video chatting with my baby bro in Tucson using a web app my company sells called iMeet (interested? PM me for details). A lady saw me and exclaimed "What is that little thing??" Then she realized I was talking to someone and apologized, but I could tell what I was doing just made her more curious. I told her it was the Blackberry Playbook and she said "That's a Playbook???" I showed her how I could easily switch between applications, do a task, and switch back to my video chat. I also showed her some of the features of iMeet and how they worked on the Playbook. I got to show off both the PB and iMeet . Can't beat that!

Seriously, though, I was just surprised that the PB caught someone's eye and piqued enough interest for her to talk to me about it!

Sounds like your thinking outside the box and using the playbook as a wingman. Potential app idea?? B)

Pretty much like a refined version of Skype, but more of a conference setting where you can view files and videos as a group in real time. My bro and I use it to share videos a lot.

Yep. Works on PC and devices with high html5 ratings. There is an actual app for iOS devices and I hope one for PB is in the works.

I'll have to check it out, thanks for the info. Tango says they are working on a pb app, but still nothing concrete yet.

Yep, $69/month for a more functional skype, but I gotta pimp my company's products lol. And I gotta pimp the PB.

At least your app actually works. From a business standpoint and from what I read on the site, the price isn't bad at all.
