    I cannot sign in to Yahoo.
    message says: Browser that i am using refuses to sign in (cookies rejected)
    How can I fix this?

    Open browser, swipe down from top and choose settings, then Privacy, then make sure "accept cookies" is set to ON.

    Have you set or left your pb browser in Private Browsing Mode? Swipe down in the Browser, Settings, Security. And then check private browsing.
