I saw them on for $99 at Costco if you or anyone you know has a membership. I saw them in Burlington, but don't know if they has any stock.
For the extra $20(over Staples price), go for the 32GB. At that difference I think you may find yourself disappointed that you didn't.

Costco Burlington via the Wireless booth: did have 16GB for $99 but sold out and not getting any more (info obtained Sept 30 12:30PM). Would have been worth the drive!
