Can't find or recognize icon to include an attachment in a forum message or reply.

Had no luck in searching searching archive. What does icon look like? No paper clip seen on my screen, and I tried most of the visible icons.

On opening a new message, or tapping on 'Reply', look to the extreme right, alongside the Subject line
Do you not see a paper clip there, just underneath the 'Send' icon?
There should be one.

Or, "Go Advanced" (under the quick reply box), and then scroll down and "Manage Attachments".
