I know there was a thread on this earlier but I could not find it. Since up grading to 6.1.0 B38 I can not backup my Playbook! It works fine with my phone but not the playbook. I keep getting an error message. I know someone else post the same problem earlier. Anyone else having this problem?

yes that is the one! I upgraded to Desktop Manager 7.0.0.30 beta and it did NOT work either!!

It talks in the thread, I think, to downgrade to a previous version. Did you try that yet?

I tried to downgrade the desktop manager with no luck! Today I deleted both the desktop software and desktop manager. I downloaded them again. after several tries of backing up and getting the error message it finally backed the playbook up!
