Help!

After updating my Playbook's OS i tried to connect it to my laptop and run the desktop software. While the PB says its connected, the software says its disconnected and the PB no longer appears as drive Z on my laptop (it doesn't appear anymore like it used to). Does anyone have the same problem? I tried re-booting my laptop already but no effect.

I hope someone can help me with this....

try a different USB port, different USB cable, other PBs (if available), other PCs/laptops. Also it sometimes takes time to appear as a drive....maybe it's downloading the drivers.

Tried restarting the PB.
And under Storage & Sharing > USB Connections > Connect to Windows
I might be took a while before the PB storage come under windows explorer.

I just went through that yesterday. I deleted the DM and everything associated with it from my laptop, reinstalled it and now I can connect. This was a solution I found after searching the forums and it worked for me.
