    Hi everyone.

    I have a playbook that I purchased last december on the 28. Up till now, it was working fine and I have no problem until now. Today I turn on the playbook and I had some dead pixels on the screen and some backlight bleeding on the right side off the tablet. Apart from the back bulge( I noticed when I first purchase chased) is thereto a way to fix this? I can't return it since 14 days already passed.

    Does anyone know how I can call rim and get RMA for my playbook?

    If you have warranty you can always go back and claim it.
    Well I purchased it on office depot and their return policy is 14 days. I did not buy their protection plan. I just purchased the playbook only. I think I still have manufacture warranty since I just purchased it 4 weeks ago.

    I'm surprised that "light leak" just developed. Has the bulge gotten worse where it might have distorted the frame/edges of the pb?
