    I don't believe that this is true at all. No bluetooth file transfer with the Playbook, with the possible exception being through bridging with some BB phones.

    You cannot transfer music files using Bluetooth on the Playbook. There are other methods using WiFi transfer but probably the quickest is just to hook your playbook to a PC with USB and also your phone, then drag and drop the files from one device to the other. For wireless transfer, I use an app called Dukto. There is an android, Blackberry, iOS and a windows version. The BlackBerry version for the Playbook is hard to find but is on qtness.com.
