Long time no post.
My OB saw daily use from 2011 to 2016, during my medical residency - used it to keep an updated database needed for my yearly reports and CV.

Since I became a specialist, I got my own office and the PB usage became rare.
Recently I started using it to play music during the night to help my newborn daughter sleep.

The cameras had stopped working at some point (front + back).
I don't know if it is HW or SW related...

I read here somewhere that BB servers are down (I also see it in the email app losing support for many of my accounts)
I would try a factory reset, but can I still activate it after?

They have been up and stable for a while...

Your email issues may have more to do with outdated email certificates then BlackBerry Servers... as they aren't used for email.
