No. That is not the case. Not with iPad anyways.

Of course not...
no not really, i cant say my other tabs open ads or links by accident often. Its gotten better on the PB but it still happens to me on occasion. Other browsers have deterrents built in to combat it also which might come on BB10 to help with this also. We know that the browser is not complete yet at all as it is.
I hope RIM fix it.
In my opinion playbook OS2 is the first mobile OS that shows decent usability on tablets. I don't consider iOS to be a true OS. Here is the file system for that thing? It have great time playing on mine, but will not leave my notebook at home for it.
I guess window8 will shake the market enough to get Apple to inovate! I which RIM surpass them all!
Oh just because it doesn't do flash? Are you saying if you touch on a link it will do nothing?
I'm saying iPad can distinguish between touching a link as a result of swiping and touching to open. I wouldn't know what Flash has to do with it.
Just go to options, typing and language, then touchscreen sensitivity and adjust it from there. Oh wait, that's on bbos not the pb:rolleyes:
We need a way to downrank threads.
There you go, point proven :)
I think you may be partially correct. It is always good to read why others are moving we all have different needs and maybe we learn from it.
To bad RIMM has no one here participating or reading and learning from boards such as this one.
And with the delay of bb10 just confirms the playbook is dead and rim's attitude has not changed at all.
Good luck.
But I do with you provide another opinion after you use it past first 2 weeks. That's when the honeymoon ends and really feelings come
exactly! i see countless threads of people coming back after a month or 2.

I switched to a 4S from a 9930 and I have never been happier, what's really weird is that ever since I got my 4s I hardly use my playbook. When I had the 9930 it was glued to me. When the iPad mini drops my playbook will go bye bye. I've had a few good years with blackberry, but I have to go with what works. Hopefully one day they can win me back.
I have np doing that and can assure u the iPad is so much better than the playbook, it's nice having a fast browser, not dropping wifi all the time and most of all actually having a decent range of apps to chose from.
I can assure you I will never be switching back to a pb, it's dead and done. Only thing more annoying is that the pb is now worthless so I have a very expensive photo frame lol
