Browser & BB World icons Disappeared!

I have a playbook and I am facing some difficulties with it. I am unable to find my appworld and blackberry default browser. I tried to enter the appstore via google and the dolphin browser automatically took me to the appworld installed on my playbook. This shows that I have the appworld installed on my tab but it is not visible on the homescreen . Same is the case with the default browser.
Please help!!!!

Did you just boot it up and this happen? Did you do a system update? what changed recently?

No actually i was playing around with the app like trying to move it from here to there and in that process this happened>Please help.
