where do i go about to fix my broken usb port?! ive had my pb since the day it first came out n since it hasnt been a year yet i would like to know if RIM will cover for it... i called customer service but they mention about this service that require me to give 'em my cc before they let me talk to a live rep! ... so those of you who have contacted RIM before, please help a brother out! thanks

I don't have the facebook one... but if you search in facebook for Blackberry.. then you should be able to click for your country..
I have heard from other posters that the email addy is very slow in responding..

I tried the email address last week. It replies with website contact and to check your 90 days tech - fairly useless.
I don't know what they do after they take your credit card info and it turns out to be a one year warranty issue. You should not be billed. But if it is a user-caused failure then they might not cover it under warranty. You could give them the number and then contest it with your credit card company if you don't get satisfaction?????
