Hey everyone im very frustrated and need help!

I'm having issues with bridge.

I was having trouble with upgrading the latest version. My 9780 was freezing so i did a battery pull.

After everything was up i went back to the app world to install again but it seems like the initial went through. I went through my phone but couldnt find it. So i connected my playbook but nothing popped up.

I then went to the app world to un intall and download again.
This is where the problem lies after boot up the app world wont let me install bridge again. I even downloaded an ota but it was a old verison so my bbm disappeared on the playbook.

As of now app world wont let me install bridge again it just says uninstalled.

Someone please help im so angry right it seems like one problem after another.

For 4 months now my 9780 wont receive or deliver emails. No one @ tmobile or rim can see to figure out why.

I was on the phone with both for 6 hours.

After i did a device switch i havent be able to receive my emails.

Im just tired.

Freezing phone, no email, bridge is jacked.

Any help will do

Its most likely your phone, hate to say this but you may need to wipe your phone to factory defaults and start again, looks like a few issues with your phone unrelated to the PlayBook.
