    Has anyone received this error:

    When trying to access documents from BB torch 9860 from my bridged PB I get this message: "this file cannot be opened error (121045251 or 121045257)

    Anyone?

    Where did you download the Bridge app from & is your carrier AT&T. Also do you have the latest update.

    Bridge app from app world. Latest update. Yes ATT. It was working a day ago. No setting changes I'm aware of

    Don't use the one from App world, Go to rroyy and download it using you phone browser.
    You will need to delete the one from App world first.

    Delete the appworld version reboot the phone, download the one recommended.
