Does anyone know if native email will be able to be used when bridged but without a wifi connection? I have watched a ton of videos about 2.0 from CES 2012 but I don't recall hearing if that was mentioned. I really hope it will work and use the bridged data connection as that is the best feature of the playbook (in my opinion) and the biggest difference between the playbook and all other tablets.

Well, so far all apps by RIM (I know, "all" of them) work while bridged so I'd expect that email should as well.

    But good question!

That does not really say if the Bridge connection can be used to power up the native email, but it would be silly not to.
