    My digitizer cracked on my playbook. I ordered another. I followed directions from directfix.com. New digitizer doesn't respond to touch. I factory reset the PB, now I am stuck on language selection on setup with no idea what to do? Anyone else run into this problem after replacing their digitizer?

    No, but I'll stay tuned as I'm about to do the same thing. I've replaced digitizers on phones before with no problems. I'm curious as to what is going on.

    Nope mine worked fine, afterwards, although I seem to have higher battery drain now.

    One obvious thing is some plug/cable is not fully seated on re-assembly. Or a defective digitizer.

    But let me ask, did it response to any swipe or tap/touch? Because some folks have been trapped on the Select Country screen for unknown "bug" reasons.
