RIM isn't dumb enough to launch text compatibility view only....are they? Could this be what was taking so long? Maybe they just couldn't get it working?

Okay now that I'm done stirring the pot ,I'm looking forward to wifi bridge. Hoping I can "open up" video on PlayBook. That would be awesome for me.

Hmm...it says viewing SMS messages but what about sending? Is the Bridge SMS feature read-only?

You caught that "new" additional wording. "View" seems to back off what they had posted prior.

    Shouldn't shock me.

To be honest with you guys, I could easily open up Microsoft Word and have written that entire page with my hands behind my back, blindfolded.

Well one thing we don't know is the source of the leak. But it seems Adam is giving it some credibility otherwise he wouldn't have posted it. So I'm very hopeful... but not ready to bet the farm on it either.

Guys, I've only been a Playbook user for a month and I love it. I've followed the excitement for 2.1 with amused intrigue for much of that time.

However, having looked through that list,.......I have to say that's one of the dullest looking updates i've seen for any device.

Not exactly a ground breaking list.

I guess I just haven't been that excited for so long over this.

I totally agree, for 2 websites to post the same thing, it must be a credible source.

Guys, this is similar to the release of 2.0, there were leaked photos of a document a few days before the release, and those documents came out to be true.

I for one have backed up my PB and will have a full charge for tomorrow. Maybe I will reboot just for the heck of it also. I'll be ready.... just in case it is released. If not, no harm done.

    NaCL, Al2(SO4)3, KNO3 or bath.

Aluminum Sulfate (Al2(SO4)3 is my personal favorite but I have heard interesting stories about the bath varieties.
