    hi gang,

I've got a Playbook LTE. After the recent update to 2.1.0.1526, i have a problem where i can't use Bluetooth and Wifi at the same time. If i do, the audio through bluetooth skips in and out horribly. It's unlistenable. I have tried two different BT headphones and a BT speaker. all with the same result. if i play music stored on the playbook with wifi off, it's fine, but as soon as i turn wifi on, it gets all jittery again.

needless to say, this makes streaming radio to my BT headphones impossible.

anyone else have this problem? anyone have any suggestions on a fix?

(this feels like the olden days of Win95 where there was an IRQ conflict and when two devices tried to work - like network card and audio card - the PC would crash)

    thanks,

    addodd

Have your removed and re-paired the devices?

You might want to contact support

The PB has a one year warranty to the original purchaser. It also has 90 free Tech support. I do not know how Rim deals with "quasi-tech support v. warranty"

Are you using your Wifi in the 2.4 GHz range or the 5 GHz range? I had a similar problem and switching to 5 GHz cured it.

Just updated to .1526 two days ago. No issues so far with wifi/bluetooth. Streaming sky fm and listening to it over my bluetooth soundbar... While typing this as well.
