When I am reading my emails on my PB and want to foward it to someone in my address book on my 9900 the address will not appear. Even when I know both their name and email address and the bluetooth was connected and within 1-3 feet.

I end up saving the email and some time it will find the address other times I keep trying to send it.

Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, same thing happened to me - very, very annoying. I ended up setting up a gmail account and getting the google sync app so I could copy my contacts to the PlayBook.

I thought RIM had set it up this way for security reasons..... because otherwise, it would be a no-brainer to have this functionality
