For Playbook owners who have been screwed by the latest announcement, not to mention the interminable delays and broken promises since the launch of the tablet. For those who purchased a PB believing Blackberry would follow through on their promise to bring the new OS to the tablet, for those who are unable to find any utility in the device in its current barely supported form.

Blackberry should offer a trade-in program; send in your unwanted Playbook and receive a significant discount on a Z10 or Q10.

This is the only way I can think of for Blackberry to hold on to the customers they've screwed this week. As things stand right now I will never purchase another Blackberry device again, ever; though being able to trade in my useless Playbook for a smoking deal on one of the new handsets might keep me around long enough for Blackberry to win me back.
