Please tell me I'm missing something simple.
    PB version

I use my PlayBook to record videos and then move them to my laptop via Link, edit, etc.
Today after recording I am unable to connect to Link. My usb is connected and tells me I'm connected to my laptop but Link tells me I'm not connected.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

Delete and reinstall BlackBerry Link. Keep in mind, BlackBerry is not technically supported on Windows 10 and the app is old, hasn't been updated in forvever and there's going to be issues with it. Only thing to do is uninstall and reinstall and see how it goes.

Try using wifi file sharing. Link has problems connecting with the newer mac Osx versions and wifi file sharing allowed me to transfer files from my Playbook. The wifi file transfer was always quicker than over link and usb.
