    I ordered my playbook on black friday and my order got cancelled, at first they charged me but now the order appears as "being processed" in my bank account, I checked the shop blackberry site and looked at my order and it says cancelled, I don't get it, I need customer support numbers, preferable spanish customer support numbers :/

    I want my order to be cancelled, and I wrote several emails to their customer care. It's showing shipped now on shop.blackberry.com.

    I got the "Your order has been delayed" email. I paid an extra $20 for two day shipping so.....?!? Frustrating to say the least. It was my first order ever from them (Amazon guy) and probably my last. If for whatever reason my order could not be fulfilled as promised, they should NOT have taken my money. Not cool.

    I placed my Playbook order with Shopblackberry on November 25. On November 28 I received an email stating that due to high demand it would take several days to ship my order. When I checked the status on the website, it showed a status of "Inventory Hold". I kept checking the status daily and on December 1 the status was changed to "Shipped". Finally today (December 5) I received an email stating my order had been shipped. The email also contained tracking info.

    I ordered mine on the 24, and it changed to "SHIPPED" on Dec 2 (after 2 e-mails to them) and still no tracking info.
