As of today, I can no longer access the Internet from my PlayBook using the bridge software on my z10. My provider is t mobile. When I click on the browser from my PlayBook, I get a default page from T mobile saying, " you have reached this page because you don't have smartphone mobile hot spot service or have exceeded your included service allotment".

I have never ever received this before and was able to connect prior to today 7/31/13.

    Any help is much appreciated
Is t mobile now blocking internet access via the blackberry bridge? If this is so then the PlayBook is no longer worth it.

I think there was another thread on this "new" possible limitation with T-mobile.

It was working just fine until today this morning. Will see if I can find the other thread or call t mobile. I know all other connection options are off on the phone as well as playbook. Bluetooth is connected just fine and paired

Have you attempted this following hack to avoid tethering plans?

Did you update recently? I have AT&T but after any update I delete bridge, remove the sim card and download bridge again over wifi. That worked for me. AT&T blocks tethering to playbook. But if you download the version with out your sim card in that might work.

Well after further testing, it looks like reloading the bridge without the SIM Card did not help. All internet is blocked by the t mobile landing page

Glad you got bridge working again OP.
I left ATT and went to Sprint in 2011 because they blocked my ability to bridge and unlike my fellow Crackberrians I was not smart.enough to do a work around.

After some thought, it occurred to me that, if you have a Z10, you must have the new 'Unlimited' Voice and Data plan. Even if you've gone to unlimited data (with a $20/month add-on) you still have a 500MB limitation for tethering...and that's something that you can't buy more of.

There used to be owa downloads for the bridge app posted by this really cool guy on the forums. He did it for att users as they always had that limitation. Try running some searches. Hope this helps.
