My blackberry playbook suddenly just hangs after I try to run a youtube video while Slacker Radio is still running. Now I can't do anything with the device. The device is completely frozen. I try to hard reboot by pressing the volume up, volume down, and the power button the same time for at least 15 seconds, but it does not actually reset the device.
What should I do now?
The battery power is about 75%. It will take a while before the battery will completely run out and the device hopefully can die by itself (so that I can restart it after I plug in the power).
