Blackberry Bridge will not work regardless of method tried when paired with 9700 Bold (OS 5.) and Playbook. Carrier Bell Mobility Canada. Called BB support yesterday. He said BB is aware
of problem and a fix " might" be available later next week.

I wonder if this problem can be fixed with a software patch or is a general recall
of the Playbook possible?

I was unable to bridge because I was on an unofficial OS. I went back and loaded Verizon's official OS6 release (.431) and it worked.
