My bold 9900 is working on 7.1.74 and I updated bridge a little. While ago but the screen. Is stuck in limbo. As soon as I open the application it shows one option only: blackberry bridge on or off. Once I choosing its stuck and doesn't do anything else. I require help please help me. I deleted and reinstalled as well but the same problem persists.
Reload your phones software or do a security wipe not much to do beyond uninstall reinstall? And I'm assuming your 9900 is with non official 7.1 software ? I have bell as well and 7.1 the ripped version has issues with bridge that appear to be intermittent so get back on stock
