Blackberry Balance and exchange question

First off, id like to say that blackberry balance is amazing. Also, the fact that my Playbook integrates almost perfectly with my works computer systems is beyond cool.

However, i do have a question.

We use Outlook Web Access for emails calendar contacts etc. Noone in my office is really tech especially not when it comes to tablets and mobile devices.

The question is in regards to calendar invites, namely .ics files.

I want the invite to automatically add to my calendar, but it doesnt seem to be doing that. Anytime i get an ICS invite it asks if i want to open or save, then does nothing.

Any ideas?

.ics files are designed for native apps, not traditional web applications. I would guess that feature has not been implemented yet.
