I can't seem to find this update tablet and desktop 7.1 both say OS is up to date so where is it. Anyone any ideas please?

Yesterday I found this update mentioned in BB World (on the device) himself. But executing this did only close the BB World app. I don't think that something has been installed or even downloaded. I tried this several times but always the same.

The update was part of the last OS update (2.1.0.1917). If you're running the latest PB OS, you can ignore the message in BB World.

Thanks guys. Pacoman I downloaded a free app and tried to pay for an upgrade got this answer. Payment system ID:4 error text. The good was not found (34240) not had this before does it mean anything to you. Thanks

If you're paying with a credit card, you'll need to reenter your credit card info. KB35784-BlackBerry World displays "There were problems completing this purchase" when attempting to purchase an item
