Has anyone seen a big playbook? I didn't even know about these until just now that I came across 2. They are 10 inch screen I believe.

I might sell one. Although I will add...they need software. My PC recognizes them however it does not boot up.

Does Link or Desktop Software prompt you to reload the OS?

Really hoping the 10" will run a released OS but I know deep down it won't be that easy.

no I havn't actually tried that. I tried the desktop manager but it doesn't find any software...obviously. It would have to be the right autoloader. Or firmware.
