Hi,

BBM has stopped working on my PB since the 2.0 update. I have tried reinstalling bridge, and rebooting, but that doesn't do anything. My BB is in my device info.

can you acces BBM on it or does it just crash?

It just crashes after about 15 seconds of the green circle spinning.

well i resolved this by rebooting my playbook only though kinda odd..
you could backup and wipe your playbook and re-update the OS2 to see if it solves?

I'm another one bbm crashes. It starts to load I get the green circle then disappears. I haven't done Anything about it yet, just waiting to see/hear a working solution. I saw in another thread someone said it stopped after phone bbm upgrade but it's still happening to me. It's got to be a software problem. It will work after a few quick reloads.

Have you all reboot your PB after an update? I found my bridge bbm works fine and even faster.

I restarted my pb twice already. In addition, I updated my bbm to the newest version yesterday.

Hi.
Yes I have rebooted twice today. But that's all I have done to resolve it. Don't get me wrong it works great when it loads up. But that's the problem it don't load all the time.

It seems it can be caused by special characters in the contacts name in bbm
