i just finished installing the latest leaked OS on my Torch. the bbm on the pb wouldnt work so i rebooted it and tbe bbm icon is gone from the bridge all
together!!

Had the same problem after I updated the OS on my phone.
Go to appworld on the phone, re-install BBM, re-pair with PlayBook. Done

.570 for torch includes BBM 5.0.2.x which isnt compatible with bridge. you need to as suggested update BBM via appworld (or betazone if you have an account there).

Same thing happened here, except I updated to the latest official os for vzw on the 9650 which is 6.0.0.524, i've done battery pull on both pb and bb, deleted and re paired. Rinse and repeat, still no bbm showing on the bridge.

Is the confirmed fix, reinstall bbm?

edit: just noticed os update downgraded my bbm, was 5.0.1.49 need to update to 5.0.3.22 hopefully that fixes!

had the same problem, when i upgraded the os the old version of bridge was on there...you may be running the old version of bridge as i had, just upgrade it and bbm comes straight back...
