If those are the specs of your Playbook, then yours is not a cellular model and there is no SIM card slot.

The moment I've seen that it is 64GB, I can tell already that it is not an LTE version and there is no way that you can put SIM card inside...

An LTE version PlayBook comes only with 32GB...
