Do you get the error with all your contacts or just one?

If it's just one, check if he/she didn't delete/block you.

If it's all of them, delete the PlayBook from your Bridge app and the BlackBerry from the PlayBook, reboot both devices and re pair.

Are you requesting to be added to the contacts BBM? You will not be able to BBM them until they accept the request.

If you are running OS10 on your PlayBook with the OS10 BBM app, perhaps the BBM over wifi service is not supported in your country. I think it is only there for the Dev Alpha users to test their programs and this BBM service may change when BB 10 is released.

I am using Playbook OS 2.1 last version, i didnt added contacts, i try to call them over their PIN, i think u gave me the answer : "You will not be able to BBM them until they accept the request."

Are you sure about that ?

Do you maybe mean that you are using the video chat and the PINs from FaceBook? For video chat to work they need to have a PlayBook and it needs to be connected to wifi and they need to have their video app set to accept calls. For video chat, they do not have to approve you like BBM. If you setup your FaceBook account on the PlayBook under accounts, any FaceBook friends that have a PlayBook and have used the same email for FaceBook as for their BlackBerryID, will show up in the Video chat app list of contacts. If the little video chat icon by their name is green, they are available.

To be clear, video chat is not the same as BBM and the 2.1 PlayBook OS does not support BBM messaging without a BlackBerry phone Bridged to the PlayBook.

Yes thats it, i use the application Video chat on my Playbook, and since i have no freinds that have playbook, i try to find PINs from the facebook Page of changing Pins and try to call them, but always i have the error : Contact unavailable

I dont know is that a problem on my playbook or video chat is not supported in my country.

It just means the people you are trying do not have PlayBooks.

There was a thread here on CrackBerry with people wanting to exchange video chat PINS to test video chat. You might want to search for that thread and see if any are still active.

Video chat is just PlayBook to PlayBook. None of the current phones have front facing cameras or a video chat app. The new OS10 phones due out in 2013 will probably support video chat to the PlayBook.
