i charged my PB overnight, but the max i got was 77% i wonder why?

Looking to your posts count I presume you've just bought it.
It takes some time to the energy gauge to calibrate.
A few charge cycle should correct this. It does not mean that your battery isn't fully loaded ...
[Unless you use a phone charger instead of the in the box one (yellow plug), witch requires much more time to charge over 80%]

I'd also suggest you get Battery Guru and see what it has to say. Look for Battery Health.

Same problem here. Battery stops charging at 84%... This is happening since playbook stopped working. Was blinking leds only. Now he works but doesnt charge 100%.

Do you have a battery app such as Battery Guru which shows battery voltage, estimated% charged and perhaps also battery heath? If so what are the readings?

I don't... I looked appworld and the guru costs ��� and this is not my tab so I didn't bought it. I gave her the tablet back... Lets see if with some charges/discharges with usage gets better.
