Anyone know how to monitor the bandwidth used on a Playbook or a OS 7 phone, for that matter? I would like to see how much I am using so I can determine what kind of data package I need to buy.
Is there an app or something built in?

There are apps for that in AppWorld.

For phones, look for Traffic Monitor. It's free. Since my PB is on WiFi, I don't see the point on worrying about that.

Ok now, if you track the consumption of data on your BlackBerry, and you use Bridge to get internet on the PlayBook, do you really need an app on the PlayBook or do you just need to keep track of your BlackBerry's usage?

I was looking for the similar app to report on what tcp/ip ports were in use by the OS and applications. I've not found anything for that either.
