I backed up my playbook and was thinking I could restore very selectivly, like on my phone, such as just pics, word to go docs and songs.
What's in my Application Data, Settings? Media is apparently pics and songs?

You should look at the other backup threads. Some backups don't work on the beta and vise versa.
