There is a new AutoCAD reader around called TurboViewer. Not available for PlayBook of course but I emailed them and got this response:

"We do not have a TurboViewer version for Blackberry playbook. If we get enough requests, we will consider it though."

Which is more positive than the response from Autodesk. So if you want one please email IMSI Design, [email protected], and get them to consider it!

Architecture, engineering, land surveying and other students and professionals as well. Oh yeah and even if you have no idea what it is, please email the maker to request it for the PB today.

I don't need an app like this, but I sent in a request from my work addy, and got a few of my staff to write up some as well (15 or so)

Hope they decide to make one for the PB for those that need.
