    for the past 6 months I have not been able to login to appworld. I get the error message “blackberry appworld is having trouble connecting to blackberry appworld server. Verify your network connections and try again”. This is happening on my torch 9800 and playbook. Blackberry have a support knowledgebase article on this but none of the advice given works. I changed my blackberry email address a while ago and tried reregistering with appworld using that address but got an error massage saying the email address was not associated with my phone. I am about to give up on this and change to an iphone, chuck the playbook away and get an ipad. Can anyone help?

    Call support it may be something on their end.My aunt had this problem and come to find out the "new" playbook she bought from best buy was actually used and already been registered.They fixed the issue and she now connects to blackberry appworld and id with no issues. o yea and ipads sux
