    when OS2 is released will the app world be slowed, also if its released on feb 21 do you think it will be at midnight monday eastern pacific time or whatever waterloo's time zone is?

    Its anyones guess, all that is known is that its 4:01am, no time zone specified.
    The app world having problems is also up in the air, but whatever it is it might be temporary......
