You might try to uninstall bridge and go over ...
P.S: it may depend on your carrier: which is it ?
You can also check the front page and get the link to rroy OTA (to be done with your 9900).

bro just use your bb to go to rroyy ota link and download it straight to your bb and it will install itself, in am in canada and i didn't get the download, i did that and it worked.

the roxy link works. im from manila and cant see the latest version either in app world.

you could always hold alt and press rst when in appworld to reset it. That should trigger the update too.

I woke up, switched the alarm off, checked for no update, nada.

Went downstairs, checked for updates, nada.

Had my shower, checked for updates, nada.

Had my breakfast and checked for updates, nada. (Yes I am an impatient so and so)

Quickly checked for updates before I left the house, nada. Now a bit annoyed thinking there would be no update today.

Sat on the tube, connected to these forums, saw it had been release. Saw this thread and thought the evil RIM folk were delaying the UK release. Read the thread, hearts lifted, mentally apologised for calling RIM evil, tried to check for updates and couldn't connect to the Appworld server. Tried again and there it was.

Now in work, phone is rebooting the update.

Now for the next bout of impatient-ness!

once you have clicked into my world, hit the blackberry menu button and select refresh list (third option from the bottom for me)

I'm on Vodafone in Northern Ireland and I tried a battery pull without success. However, I refreshed App World (for QUERTY keyboards, when in App World simply hold down alt and type rstrst) and I was able to update. This new Bridge is simply awesome and the remote function works on the existing OS. Not long to wait now for OS 2.
