cool buddy, he needs help, that's why he's trying to find ways on how to get attention of everybody. I understand him, because I'm also doing this when I have problem with playbook.

cool except in his other topic he already stated that rim said it was unfixable and to rma why should this topic even be started when the other one was basically resolved
I have the same problem. Error 132353. I've been trying to activate the tablet for hours with no success. Finally I called support service at BB. They told me that the error is generated because BB has the PIN of the tablet locked. So they gave an email so I can send them pictures of the error, of the Playbook package, of the invoice and the Playbook itself to verify that I indeed purchased the little thing. They told me that as soon as I'll send them the pictures they'll unlock the PIN and I can use the tablet.
I'll do it tonight and I'll let you know how it went.
good luck, its so frustrating to have defective unit.
it is! especially when i just got it today! but i think its gonna be good if i call RIM and prove them my unit isn't stolen as i bought it online from walmart, wish me goodluck
