    I just updated to OS 2.0 & it shows as having 0 data files. I open the new File Manager & it shows empty also.

    give it time to populate and a restart. i thought mine were gone too. on the homescreen drop down your options go to about then see your files under general they should be there they just havent indexed

    Do a hard reset folks- it resets the PB, and solves minor issues.

    Hard reset= hold down the power, +/- buttons all together for 10 seconds until the PB shuts off and restarts.

    Not good if you don't know about Hard Reset.


    After I upgraded, Videos wasn't available and ask me to Restart but it doesn't work, you need to do a Hard Reset.

    I shut it down, charged it up and went to bed. When I started it up this morning, everything was back.

    I looked around with Files and Folders and found a different account: 1000-corp that had all of my data, but I didn't see a way to access it with the normal apps.
