The report didn't give the airport but it seems RIM is in partnership with "Monster Media" and the campaign is "BlackBerry PlayBook Domination." One of the posters on the site mentioned seeing BlackBerry Domination adds all over Bostons Logan Airport.
the airport had to be JFK because when you pause to scan the code, it says you can either scan it or text JFK to a number. I also remember in the American Airlines terminal when you have to go under the tarmac, the whole under ground was covered in playbook wallpaper all the people movers and walls were covered with it

Is this the video with the five/six foot ad? I've seen them in LAX for months now between the United & Continental terminals and think I saw one in DEN as well but can't remember.

It was huge. Looked about 6' high x 10' wide and touch enabled.
Yup that's the one. I'm flying into LAX next week and will try and grab some video - should I use my playbook or will it be too much - if there is enough time. I have a quick layover so I may be rushing.
